POPS understands the load that sons of all ages carry and recognizes how difficult it can be to ask for support. 

Through our family support services, we offer confidential access to emergency assistance, including, but, not limited to: food, supplies, and essential resources, as well as trauma healing programs to help navigate these challenges.

POPS offers diversion services to young people (ages 12-24) who are surviving housing insecurity and not in the homeless services system. 

And, diversion services to young people (ages 0-24) who are surviving housing insecurity, systems-involved (i.e. foster care, incarceration, mental health institution etc) and not in the homeless services system. 

Through partnerships with community businesses, Youth-BAGS offers youth and young adults (12-24) trauma-informed skills training in the construction, care aide, agricultural, and services sectors, alongside emergency assistance and family support services, as part of their trauma healing programs.

Healing MAP is our ongoing collaborative program with Greatest Matriarchs Society ("Greatest MaS") addressing ways to optimize holistic generational health outcomes for members of the Global Majority Population.

POPS offers exclusive referrals to the HIRE Program, a peer-supported reunification, and re-entry program, provided by Greatest Matriarchs Society.

HIRE is a culturally-intelligent, trauma-informed program, directed by Lived Experts of systems/institutions involvement, for persons with systems/institutions involvement.

Thanks to a generous grant funded by Washington's Climate Commitment Act, POPS has the opportunity to provide free safety kits, training, and supplies to agricultural workers, most at risk of harm during extreme weather events.
